I signed up for home broadband yesterday and received confirmation today that my account is active!
Although I am still waiting to receive the new modem in the mail, my Dad reminded me that the old one was around here somewhere, so I pulled him out (yes, it's a him - his name is Bob), added in my login name and password (because I am super savvy and know how to do such things) and voila! No more tethering to my mobile data and being charged ridiculous amounts of money for only 5GB that doesn't seem to last long with my blog reading/Facebook habit.
Here's to streaming all the missed episodes of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons and Grey's Anatomy..... along with all the rest of the shows that I need to catch up on. I hope L decides now is the time to take long naps.

I am a Grey's fan too. It's been quite good this year.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I could live without home internet (might be an exaggeration). I watch Netflix so much and between my blog reading and facebook addiction I would be paying IUI type bills just to keep entertained! I used to be a Grey's fan but I haven't watch in years. My hubby is a firefighter and got me onto Chicago Fire which I am addicted to now. What would we do without technology?
ReplyDeleteI'll have to avoid Grey's spoilers - I was an avid fan up until the start of the 2014 fall season - I haven't seen an episode since then and keep meaning to catch up... =\
ReplyDeleteFast internet is IT! When you have kids and the last theater movie you saw was rated G (and so were the 2 before that...) it is worth the money for good home entertainment!
